These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Kapix conversational incident-reporting service ("Kapix," the "Service"), operated by ITIS Corp ("we," "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service
Kapix lets you report a vehicle incident through a text conversation. It collects details, lets you submit document photos, provides a link to draw the accident scene, and compiles a report. Kapix is an informational and documentation tool only.
Messaging terms & consent
The Service is user-initiated: you start by texting us, which constitutes your consent to receive automated reply messages related to your report. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate information, to use the Service lawfully, and not to submit content you have no right to share or that is unlawful. Do not use Kapix to report emergencies requiring immediate response — call 911 instead.
No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reports will be accepted by any third party.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ITIS Corp is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
