- Your mobile number, so we can exchange messages with you.
- Message content you send and receive while using the Service.
- Documents and photos you choose to send (e.g., driver's license, insurance card, scene photos) to complete your report.
- Incident details you provide, and a diagram you optionally draw.
- Location only if you choose to share it.
How we use information
We use the information solely to operate the Service: to conduct the reporting conversation, capture and process the documents you submit, generate your incident report, and respond to your requests. We do not use it for advertising.
SMS / RCS messaging
Kapix is conversational and user-initiated: we send messages only after you text us first. Message frequency varies with your report. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
We do not sell or share your information, including your mobile number or messaging consent, with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing.
When we share information
We share information only as needed to provide the Service — for example, with service providers that help us deliver messages and store data on our behalf, who are bound to protect it — and where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention & security
We retain information only as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it.
Your choices
